We currently offer two delivery options: Normal Postage and Registered Postage
Normal Postage: This mode of delivery is inclusive for all purchases. We will be mailling all packages by Singapore Post. This delivery option is only available for local (Singapore) delivery. All packages will be mailed 3-5 workings days after payment is verified. All packages are sent with our return address to prevent lost of mail. Do note that KNACKFORWORDS are not responsible for any lost mail via this delivery option.

Registered Postage: This mode of delivery comes with a Registered Article (RA) Number to tract the location of your package. For customers who opt for this mode of delivery, there is an additional cost of SGD2.25 for every order made. We will be mailling all packages by Singapore Post. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep personally by the postman. All packages will be mailed 3-5 working days after payment is verified.

There is strictly no refunds for any products bought from us. We only do an exchange for mismatch of sizes. Return products must be in saleable condition and pre-washed state. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
When you place an order on our website, an invoice will be sent to your email. Please make payment accordingly within 48 hours after invoice is sent to you. Once payment is verified, we will email you again and your package will be in the process of being mailed.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
