How to place an order?

1.  Browse through our products and when you see something you fancy, select the size where applicable and click add to cart

2.  Your item has been added to your cart and the total number of items added will be reflected at the top right hand corner in brackets beside "My Cart"

3.  Continue browsing, following the same procedure til you're satisfied

4.  Click "My Cart" again to review your orders

5.  Click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" and if you're a registered customer, login with your email and password. Otherwise, you can continue to checkout as a guest

6.  Enter the relevant information and proceed to payment either by ATM Transfer / Internet Banking or PayPal / Visa / MasterCard. For PayPal / Visa / MasterCard payment, you will be redirected to PayPal website to make payment 

7.  An invoice will be sent to your email once we have received your order

8.  Make payment within 48 hours after the issue of the invoice. Detail instructions are included in the email. 

9.  Reply to the invoice email once payment has been made

10.  A shipment email will be sent to you once payment is verified after which your package will be mailed within 3-5 working days.  

11.  You can check the status of your order if you're a registered customer, simply login to your account
